Registration

Registration is required for conference participation and presentation of accepted papers. Proceedings publication, if available, is subject to confirmed publication arrangements and applicable requirements.

Registration Portal

The ICCI 2027 registration fees are listed below. The online registration portal and official payment instructions will be announced once the registration and payment arrangements are finalized.

Registration Categories

Author Registration

Author registration applies to accepted papers scheduled for presentation at ICCI 2027. Eligibility for proceedings publication is subject to confirmed publication arrangements and the applicable publisher requirements.

  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register.
  • Registration must be completed by the author-registration deadline.
  • The paper must be presented by an author or an approved representative.
  • One full author registration covers one accepted paper; additional accepted papers are charged separately as shown below.

Additional Paper Registration

Authors registering more than one accepted paper may be required to pay an additional paper fee for each extra paper.

  • Additional paper fees are listed in the Registration Fees table below.
  • All accepted papers must satisfy the registration requirements.
  • Each paper must be presented during the conference.
  • Additional paper registration does not replace the main author registration.

Student Registration

Student participant registration is available to eligible full-time students attending ICCI 2027 without registering an accepted paper.

  • Valid proof of current student status may be required.
  • The student must be enrolled at the time of registration.
  • Student participant rates and identification requirements are listed below.
  • The listed student rates apply to student participants; author registration uses the author fee category.

Non-Author Registration

Researchers, professionals, students, and other participants may attend ICCI 2027 without presenting a paper.

  • Author registration must be completed by the author-registration deadline.
  • One full author registration covers one accepted paper.
  • An additional paper fee applies when the same registered author or co-author has more than one accepted paper.
  • Student status must be supported by valid institutional identification or an official enrolment letter.
  • Registration fees are quoted in United States dollars.
  • Bank-transfer and payment-processing charges must be paid by the registrant.

Author Registration Requirements

  • At least one author of every accepted paper must complete author registration before the stated deadline.
  • The paper title and submission identification number must be provided during registration.
  • Registration must be completed using accurate author and affiliation details.
  • The final camera-ready paper must be submitted according to the instructions provided to accepted authors.
  • Registration does not remove the requirement to revise the manuscript according to the review decision and final manuscript instructions.
  • Papers without completed registration, final submission, required forms, or conference presentation may be excluded from the proceedings.

Payment Information

Payment methods and official bank or online payment information will be displayed only through the ICCI 2027 registration portal and official Impaxon communication channels.

  • Payments must be made using the approved registration method.
  • Participants should keep a copy of the payment confirmation.
  • Any applicable bank or payment-processing charges will be stated before payment.
  • Incomplete, unidentified, or underpaid transactions may delay registration confirmation.
  • Registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
Do not send registration payments to personal bank accounts or unofficial payment links. Official payment instructions will be published on the ICCI 2027 website.

Registration Confirmation

Registration will be considered complete only after the registration form and payment have been successfully received and verified.

A confirmation message will be sent to the email address entered during registration. Participants should ensure that the submitted email address is valid and regularly monitored.

Participants who do not receive confirmation within the processing period specified when registration opens should contact the conference organizers and provide their payment and registration details.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The cancellation and refund conditions for author registration have not yet been finalized. The applicable policy, including any non-refundable charges and deadlines, will be published before registration opens and payments are accepted.

Participant cancellation deadlines, refund eligibility, and any administrative or payment-processing deductions will be specified in the final policy published before registration opens.

Requests to transfer registration or substitute a presenter will be subject to the final registration policy and organizer approval. Any substitute presenter must meet the conference presentation requirements.

Any changes to the conference schedule, sessions, or delivery format affecting registration will be communicated through the official conference website and, where available, registered email addresses. The final policy will explain the treatment of fees if the event changes.

Visa and Travel Responsibility

International participants are responsible for checking passport, visa, immigration, travel, accommodation, health, and insurance requirements applicable to their circumstances.

Registration does not guarantee visa approval. Conference organizers cannot intervene in immigration decisions or reimburse travel losses resulting from visa refusal, travel disruption, or personal circumstances.

Where applicable, a registration or invitation confirmation letter may be issued only after successful registration and verification of the participant’s information.
