Overview

Impact in Computics is a multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes high-quality research across the integrated domains of Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), and Information Systems (IS). The journal is committed to advancing the theoretical foundations, practical implementations, and real-world applications of computing technologies across academic, industrial, and societal settings.

The journal seeks contributions that explore the design, development, deployment, and ethical use of intelligent, data-driven, and digitally transformative systems. It promotes interdisciplinary research that addresses complex challenges in sectors such as healthcare, agriculture, business, education, energy, and digital governance. Manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, are especially welcome.

Impact in Computics encourages both academic and applied research and serves as a platform for collaboration between researchers, industry professionals, and policy stakeholders. Submissions from scholars around the world—including early-career researchers—are strongly encouraged.

Types of Contributions Accepted

Editorial Scope and Focus

All submissions must demonstrate a clear connection to computing technologies, systems, or methodologies. Manuscripts focusing purely on applied statistics, hardware design, or non-computational aspects of other disciplines without a substantial computing component may fall outside the journal's scope and be redirected to more suitable outlets.

International Inclusivity

Impact in Computics maintains a global editorial perspective and actively seeks contributions from all geographic regions. It supports inclusive publishing practices and encourages submissions from both established and early-career researchers across academia, industry, and government sectors.
